Reminders:

Groomsmen, Fathers & Officiants- You need your own black socks, cuff links, and white undershirt (Stephen has extras if you forget). The bride and groom will give you your pocket square (and bowtie: Andrew, Matt, Bob) on Friday at the rehearsal. If you need cuff links, we have extras!

Bridesmaids- need Nude shoes for wedding.

  • 11am-12pm: The Rivera’s pick up welcome party food (thank you!)

  • 12pm: Bridesmaids can check into AIRBNB, 216 Tanners Lane, Hudson, NY 12534

  • 12pm-2pm: Lunch and Bracelets at the AIRBNB- ALL ARE WELCOME TO JOIN!

  • 3:30pm: We will rehearse at the Venue (110 Front Street Hudson NY) and we will stay for the Welcome Party/Perez Family Reunion at 5pm.     • 6:30pm: Bianca R and Warren Welcome Speech

    • 6:35pm: We Eat

    • 8:15pm: Cigars

    • 8:45pm: Cut pennants as Perez gifts

  • Overnight:

    • Bridesmaids- We have our Air BNB: 216 Tanners Lane, Hudson, NY 12534 (Erika, Bianca, Patty, Emily, Kristen, Sara, Lindsay). Jenna and Claire at Kelsey Family Air BNB.

    • Groomsmen- Staying at our Chatham House: 112 Hartigan Road, Old Chatham, NY 12136 (or elsewhere if you have already told Stephen). The wedding bus will drop off guest at our Chatham house saturday evening as the last stop.

Saturday, July 15, 2023

  • 9am: Hair and Makeup, Arrive at Bridal Suite between 9-9:30am: This will take place at the Venue’s Bridal Suite (back entrance up the stairs) according to the below schedule (if you’re viewing on a phone the schedule will show at the end). Family is welcome to leave after they are done to change at their own hotels, you just need to be back at the venue, fully ready for 2:00pm. Breakfast and Lunch will be delivered to the suite.

  • 11:30am - 1:45pm: Groom, Oscar, Groomsmen, Fathers and Officiants are getting ready at the Bridesmaids Airbnb since it is so close to the venue: 216 Tanners Lane, Hudson, NY 12534.

  • 11:45pm: Lunch for the groom and groomsmen, fathers and officients will be delivered to the bridesmaid airbnb.

  • 12:00pm: Photographer arrives to bridesmaids airbnb to photograph groom getting ready photos. Groom needs to be fully ready at 12:30pm.

  • 1:15pm: Groom + Oscar leave bridesmaid airbnb to walk to venue for first look photos

  • 1:30pm: First Look Photos- Bride and Groom and oscar

  • 1:45pm: Groomsmen, officiants and fathers head to venue. Groomsman please drive to the venue and leave cars overnight, taking the bus home in the evening. We will help gather cars Sunday AM.

  • 2:00pm Wedding Party and VIP Family Photos: Wedding Party and VIP Family please arrive at the venue early for photos: If you are listed below you need to be at the venue fully ready at this time, 2:00pm.

  • 3pm: Wedding start time, there will be a one hour welcome drinks for all wedding guests as busses arrive. If we finish photos early, bridal party and vip family can join welcome drinks. Stephen’s nephews to join welcome drinks as they are not walking down aisle. Our wedding coordinator will be pulling other guests at this time for photos (select aunts, cousins, etc). Those who are walking down the aisle and done with photos will have a moment to chill out and grab a drink.

  • 3:50pm: “Escorts” (in pink below) will be pulled out of the welcome drinks by our coordinator, Jeanne, as the welcome drinks are winding down. You are walking your partner down the aisle and then taking your reserved seat. We will practice this at Friday’s rehearsal.

  • 3:59pm: Usher/Michael M. herds guests from welcome drinks to North Hall for ceremony.

  • 4pm: Wedding Starts, aisle walks are as follows, if you are heading to a reserved seat it will be marked on your chair:

  • 4:30PM Cocktail Hour: By doing photos early, we are all able to celebrate directly after the ceremony! While standing at the cocktail hour space, the Matron of Honor’s (Erika + Bianca) and Best Man (James) speeches will happen at the end of the cocktail hour music. The MC will introduce Erika and Bianca to start. Erika and Bianca to Intro James when their speech finishes.

  • 5:30 PM MC tells Everyone to take their seat

  • 5:35 PM Our First Dance

  • 5:40 PM Lauren + Stephen Speech

  • 5:50 PM Food service begins

  • 6:00 PM MC will introduce Stephen’s Family speech (Aurea Porrata-Doria and Stephen Perez) directly followed by and Mother-Son dance

  • 6:10 PM MC will introduce Lauren’s Family speech (Susan and Bob) directly followed by Father-Daughter dance

  • 7:15 PM Dancing starts!

  • Candy Bar

  • Late night food

  • 10:15-10:30PM First Bus

  • 10:30 PM After Party

  • Buses run the rest of the night

  • Stays - please plan your own stay for Saturday Night, you can take the bus back.
